Shipped
Your order has left the warehouse and is on its way.

In Transit
Your package is being delivered to the carrier and moving between facilities.

Out for Delivery
Your order is on the final leg — delivery is expected soon!

Delivered
Your order has been delivered successfully.

If you believe your order was delivered in error, contact us immediately.

Delivery timelines vary based on your location:

  • Canada: 3–10 business days (typical)

  • United States: 5–12 business days (typical)

  • International: 10–25 business days (varies by region)

Shipping times are estimated and can vary due to customs, carrier delays, or regional conditions.


❓ Common Order Tracking Questions

I haven’t received a tracking number – what do I do?

Tracking numbers are usually sent once your order ships.
Check your inbox (including spam/junk folders).
If you still haven’t received it after 3 days, contact support.


The tracking status hasn’t updated — why?

Tracking updates may take time to sync with carrier systems.
It may show “Label Created” before the shipment is scanned.

If it doesn’t update after several days, contact us with your order ID.


Can I change my shipping address after I order?

Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
If your order has not yet shipped, contact support ASAP.
